Overview
The objective of this study program is to train engineers with advanced expertise in the field of communication networks. Graduates of the program should be capable of providing complete solutions to practical problems encountered in the development and implementation of modern communication networks.
The mission of the program is defined by the following competencies:
- Selecting, synthesizing, and comparatively evaluating theoretical concepts, models, techniques, and methods of analysis in the field of telecommunications;
- Collecting and interpreting relevant data from communication networks in order to solve problems and creatively applying this knowledge in design;
- Solving complex problems by integrating information from advanced and related fields in new contexts;
- Developing hardware and software applications for communication networks using state-of-the-art technologies.
