This master’s programme is an advanced research-oriented study programme taught in English, aimed at graduates from fields such as computer engineering and information technology, computer science, electronics, telecommunications, and related areas. Students will acquire competencies in designing and implementing systems based on artificial intelligence using the latest machine learning techniques.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and especially deep learning are currently among the most important subfields in computer science, with remarkable achievements both in academia and in industry.

Throughout the four semesters of study (the final semester being dedicated to the preparation of the dissertation), students will gain knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, data analysis, natural language processing, robotics, and autonomous driving.

Graduates of this programme can work as engineers or researchers in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, or deep learning, within companies in Romania or abroad.
